St. Louis District Chilled Water System

Resurgence Infrastructure, together with the City of St. Louis and the municipal district energy provider, have partnered to develop one of the first new municipal district chilled water systems in the United States in decades. The proposed transaction value is anticipated to be in excess of $200 million. Structured as a P3 (public-private partnership), the inclusion of specific social justice and equity programming as a requirement of the procurement will ensure the project results in community benefits, including quality, long-term jobs for disadvantaged communities. We at Resurgence understand that it is essential in these arrangements that governmental entities use their leverage to include strong job standards and inclusive hiring policies that strengthen communities and expand economic opportunity and racial equity.
